What an eventful weekend chillun with my rolldawgs Kitty Wu and Bri! Good eats, good beats and good company. Slid down to San Diego for a hot second to connect with Cassandra and the fam. Popped down to Inglewood for the Liberacion Collective’s event in support of Congo and Lebanon. A day of powerful words, art and community. A moving keynote by Ijeoma Oluo building on collective liberation and hype set from my guy Gabriel Teodros. (Waddup Rell!) Then built with a ton of OGs and true-school heads at District Inks with djs, blackbook sessions, cyphers and good vibes. Biggup Cero157, Cera, OG Hex Tgo, Klass (happy bboy day my g!), Grand Official, Grip, and everyone at Graffroots for the love and hospitality. It brought me much needed energy, especially after a long week, and today being another long travel day. Until the next episode!
